Shah Rukh Khan Injured During King Shoot, king khan was shooting for his new movie named "King" in the Mumbai and at that time he suddenly felt back during a scene and It got worse, so that he had to stop the shoot immediately.

Right after the injury, he flew to the US for treatment. After that, he moved to the UK with his family for rest and recovery. Doctors said it’s a minor injury, but he needs to take it easy for a while.
